Proposed cancellation schedule

The draft customer agreement uses these percentages of the amount paid toward canceled trip arrangements, excluding the separate planning fee and previously refunded amounts. The schedule requires review and acceptance in the final booking agreement; this website alone does not impose a fee.

Personal getaways, birthdays and celebrations, couples trips, family vacations, and friends’ or group escapes. Planning can include destination research, hotels, flights, vacation options, and a personalized itinerary, depending on your agreed service.

How do I get started?

Visit Book Me and share your destination ideas, dates, traveler count, budget, and preferences. Download your planning request and share it with Jamere using confirmed contact details. The website currently creates a downloadable summary; it does not send the request automatically.

What if I don’t know where I want to go?

That’s a great place to start. Enter “help me decide” as your destination and tell Jamere what you enjoy, your preferred pace, and your budget. The Destinations section can also help spark ideas.

How much do planning services cost?

Booking Essentials is $125 per trip. Custom Getaway starts at $250 per trip. Luxury & Group Planning receives a custom quote. Fees are in U.S. dollars and cover planning services; travel costs and supplier charges are additional. The exact scope and fee are agreed in writing before research begins.

Does submitting a request confirm my trip?

A planning request starts the conversation. You review your itinerary, pricing, and applicable terms before approving a booking. Your reservation is confirmed only when written confirmation is issued. This website does not take payments or check live availability.

Can I book a hotel or flight myself?

Yes. The Book Direct tab lists hotel chains and airlines with links to their official booking websites. Each opens in a new tab so you can search and book with that provider. For personal planning help, use Book Me.

Can I make changes or cancel a trip?

Discuss your requested changes with Jamere and review the terms for each reservation. Cancellation charges, changes, and refunds depend on your final booking agreement and the applicable supplier terms. The schedule shown under Book Me is proposed and requires acceptance in the final agreement.

Can I ask about travel insurance?

Yes—include travel insurance in your questions when discussing your trip. Review the insurer’s policy documents, coverage, exclusions, and claim requirements before selecting a policy. Any insurance purchase is separate from submitting a planning request.

What information should I have ready?

Bring your preferred dates, destination ideas, number of travelers, total trip budget, interests, and any accessibility or accommodation needs. Flexible dates and a few must-have experiences can help shape the plan. Passport, payment-card, and bank details are not needed in the website’s planning form.
